Confiseries Florian is located in one of the most beautiful regions of France: the French Riviera. Throughout the year, Confiseries Florian welcomes visitors from all over the world to discover the production of specialities from the South of France.
During the free guided tours, with commentary in 5 languages, you can watch the best fruits and flowers of the region being transformed into confectionery products.
You will see the work of the violet and then the Tango rose, jasmine and verbena to prepare our candied flowers throughout the year, to the delight of all gourmets.
You will also be able to witness the making of the home-made-chocolates and sour candies with the flavours of Provence.
In winter, you will see the work of citrus fruits transformed into jams, to Candied orange the different chocolates and the icing of the candied-fruit.
At the end of the visit, you will be offered a free tasting of our specialities and, if you wish, you can buy our products at factory prices.
